Huldra Silver Inc. appointment of Warwick Bay as CFO

VANCOUVER, B.C., January 22, 2015Huldra Silver Inc. (“Huldra” or the “Company“) is pleased to announce that Warwick Bay has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO“) of Huldra, effective immediately. On September 24, 2014, the Company announced that Garth Braun notified the Company of his intention to resign as Chief Financial Officer upon a suitable replacement being found. Mr. Braun will continue to hold his position as a director of the Company.

Warwick Bay has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of B.C. since 1979. Mr. Bay practiced for over 10 years with one of the big five public accounting firms and is specialized in the audit of public mining companies. He also owned and operated a group of companies in the hospitality industry for 15 years. Prior to joining Huldra, he spent 17 years in the financial services industry where he focused on raising capital for junior mining companies and exploration projects.

Peter Espig, Chief Executive Officer, commented, “Mr. Braun has been instrumental in the successful restructuring of the Company, Mr. Braun is stepping down from the role of CFO to allow him to focus on his role as CEO and Chairman of Blackbird Energy Inc. He will continue to remain as a director of Huldra. We are excited to have Mr. Bay join the Huldra team as we continue to restructure the Company financially and operationally.”
