Our whistleblower hotline gives employees, contractors, suppliers, shareholders and other stakeholders a confidential and secure way to report concerns about suspected misconduct, unethical behaviour, or potential violations of laws, regulations or Company policies.
Every report is taken seriously. Raising a concern helps us maintain a safe, transparent and responsible workplace.

How Reports Are Handled
Reports submitted through the hotline go directly to the Chair of the Audit Committee, Malcolm Swallow, and to the Chief Financial Officer, Sam Wong. If a report concerns the Chief Financial Officer, it is directed to the Audit Committee Chair only. If a report concerns the Audit Committee Chair, it is directed to the Chief Financial Officer only.
